Data Security and Data Privacy in the Workplace 

• Completely new content following cyber security best practices  
• Each module is 10 minutes long and can be assigned individually  
• Content does not focus only on US law, but offers globally applicable content 
• Videos in every module – including branching video scenarios  
• Multiple-choice questions with realistic scenarios for learners to gauge understanding 
• Configurable pages are available in every module 
• Now available in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French (Canada and France), German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Spanish (Latin America and Spain) 

Workplace Ethics: Our Code of Conduct 

• Refreshed content on well-known topics 

• Each module is 10 minutes long and can be assigned individually 

• Videos in every module 

• Multiple-choice questions with realistic scenarios for learners to gauge understanding 

• Configurable pages are available in every module 

• Short quizzes at the end of each module to test the learners’ understanding   

• Available in Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), French (Canada and France), German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, and Spanish (Latin America and Spain) 

What does this mean for me? 

• The new Data Security and Data Privacy in the Workplace & Workplace Ethics: Our Code of Conduct courses with translations are already available on the Foundry platform. The old versions of the Data Security and Privacy and Code of Conduct courses will retire on 12/12.  

• Learners who started the retired courses before 12/12 will have access to complete the assignment. After 12/12, new assignments to the retired courses will no longer be available. 

• All records from the retired course will remain available to you. 

What actions do I need to take? 

• The new courses are already added to your platform, and you can start assigning them now. 

• If you are a SCORM user, you will need to create and download a new SCORM package and reset your re-training schedule. 

• Review the custom configuration. The new courses have additional configurable pages available for your use, and you will need to transfer all your policies and configured pages to the new version of the courses. For more information, you can review this configuration setup guide.
