Create a Reminder Template
Learn how to create a reminder template.

Go to Communications in the left navigation.

Find the Default Training Reminder for the audience you want (Employees or Faculty/Staff).

Click the plus icon under Actions to create a new template.

Enter a detailed name for your custom message

You will need to reference this name when creating an assignment

This name will only appear for administrators; learners will not see this

Enter a subject line for the email

You can delete all pre-existing text in the subject line and write a new subject that will grab the attention of your learners

We recommend using the pre-populated dynamic content in the brackets (for example: ) to be able to use this message for multiple assignments

Edit or paste in your custom message for the body of the email

Check the preview at the bottom of the page, which will reflect changes you make in real time.

To send an test email, enter your email address and click Test Send.

Click Save at the bottom of the text editor to save your template.
