Create or Edit a Training Period

Learn how to create or edit a Training Period.

  1. Go to Settings > Training Period
  2. Click + New Training Period button above the table
  3. Complete the form that populates
  4. Training Period Name
  5. Lines of Business (multi-select if applicable)
  6. Description
  7. Training Period State: Active, Archived, Draft.
    1. Note: Only Active Training Periods will appear in the list when you go to create an assignment.
  8. When you are finished, click Save to create the training period.
  9. To edit an existing training period, find the record in the table and click the Edit button under the Actions column.
