SCORM Version: select either Scorm 2004 or Scorm 1.2. Choosing 2004 or Scorm 1.2 is up to the organization and what will work in your system. If you are unsure what you have utilized in the past, please contact support.

Click Next

Business Line: select Conduct and Culture

From the Location dropdown, you’ll select what Location you want this course package for. This data will pull from whatever you have set your locations as in the Locations tab in Foundry.

Please note: When packaging the Preventing Harassment and Discrimination course, the Location will determine the state version of this course that you're packaging. The Wage and Hour course additionally has an option for you to package the CA version of this course if needed.

For the Roles dropdown, you will select:  Supervisor or Non-Supervisor.

Please note: When packaging the Preventing Harassment and Discrimination course, the role must align with the course version that you have selected in your initial content package at the beginning of the packaging workflow. For ex., if you have selected 'Preventing Harassment and Discrimination: Non-Supervisors,' the role for this course package would be 'Non-Supervisor.

Enable Surveys. Toggle on or off to enable surveys depending on if you would like to receive insights about your learners. Click Next.

The next field asks you to fill out the Retraining Schedule. This will automatically archive the activity based on a selected time frame.

Note: If changes are made to the retraining schedule, that change is only going to be made for any new users that have not taken the course yet. If a change is made, any user that is “ In Progress” will still be attached to whatever the duration was before the change was made.

  • Example: If a user is in Progress and initially had the retraining schedule as "Every 1 year" and then a change is made to be "Every January", that user will still be under the Every 1 year cadence.

If there are no users in progress, and changes are made to the retraining schedule, that change will take effect for any users that begin taking the course after the change is made.

Click Save. It will populate the package.

Click Download SCORM Package and a zip file will download on your computer. The zip file contains the entire SCORM Package. This package is what you will upload into your LMS.
