- Have your own Privacy policy throughout the platform. This will require an EVERFI team member to set it up for you.
- Mark a learner as opted out of targeted ads or having their data sold when creating a user. These are simply checkboxes on the learner records on the back end. To check or uncheck these boxes, navigate to the user's record and uncheck.
Note: This ability to opt in and out is for regulatory reasons. The intention of this ability is to allow learners to decide whether they will receive emails from your organization as it relates to marketing and courses. Opting in to this feature does not mean that you are selling any learner data. As documented in our Privacy Policy, EverFi does not sell any user data to third parties.
To have your own Privacy policy throughout the platform, all you'll need to do is supply your own Privacy URL to a member of our support team. This privacy policy will appear on the log in page, and within the footer of the course.

- Opt out of sale of data
- Sale of Data: User data that is sold in aggregate to third-party companies
- Opt out of targeted ads
- Targeted Ads: Advertisements displayed to a user based on internet persona and history
