How to clear the cache in your Desktop Browser
Listed below are instructions on how to clear your cache in desktop browsers.
Chrome

the keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+shift+delete.

In the pop up window you can choose All time or another time range to clear the data from.

Select Cookies and other site data

Select Cached images and files

Click Clear data

Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Chromebook

Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the screen, hover over “More Tools” and then select “Clear browsing data”

Depending on what you want to clear, check the boxes next to Browsing History, Cookies, and Cached Images and Files.

Click Clear Data.
Firefox

The keyboard shortcut is Shift+Ctrl+Delete.

From the Time range to clear: drop-down, select Everything.

Next to Details, click "Cache".

Click Clear Now.

Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
Microsoft Edge

In the top right, click the Hub icon (looks like three horizontal lines).

Click the History icon, and then select Clear all history.

Select Browsing history, then Cookies and saved website data, and then Cached data and files. Click Clear.

After the "All Clear!" message appears, exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
