Learner Dashboard

The Learner Dashboard is the landing page for learners and shows all of their assigned training.

For learners, this is the primary page that a learner will interact with. (Learners can also access a limited My Profile page.) The Learner Dashboard shows every course assigned to the learner, both open and completed courses. For each course, the following information is available:

• Course name
• Date it was assigned to the learner
• Due date by which the course must be completed
• The learner’s progress through the course
• Any certificates for course completion (for courses on the Completed tab)
• Description of the course (when hovering over the course card)

As an administrator, you can navigate to your own Learner Dashboard by clicking Tools at the top of the page and then clicking Learner Dashboard from the drop-down menu.

From the Learner Dashboard, you can go back to your Admin Dashboard by clicking Tools and then clicking Admin Dashboard.

 Launch a Course

Courses that have not been completed yet are displayed on the Open tab, including any courses that are past due. Each course is shown as a card. To open a course, simply click Start or Continue at the bottom of the card.
 

See Completed Courses

Completed courses are listed on the second tab marked Completed. This tab also shows courses that are deactivated, even if the learner did not actually complete the course. Click this tab to review courses that you have completed in the past or for learner completion certificates.
