Learners Accessing Part 2 of Courses
What to do if learners not receiving Part 2 emails.
Once a learner's intersession (i.e. the waiting period between Part 1 and Part 2 of a course) is complete, they will automatically receive an email notification from EVERFI letting them know that they now have access to Part 2. This email is only a notification and does not include direct access to Part 2. Learners are instructed to log back in to the course and they will have access to Part 2. If a learner misses the email, they will just need to log back into their EVERFI account to access Part 2.
