Overview of Reports

Data about your account is crucial which is why Reports is the first dashboard you see when logging into Foundry. There are several types of reports with information about training progress, survey responses, and notification activity. Certain reports will only appear on your dashboard if they are used by the learning activities enabled in your account.

As you dive into these Reports, keep in mind the data refreshes once per day. For real-time progress data on assignments, go to the Assignments section. To view these reports below, go to Insights > Reports.

Email Activity Reports – Shows all email notification activity and undelivered lists

Policy Acknowledgement – View and print employee policy acknowledgments

Survey Results (Workplace Insights)  – Search and browse survey results and benchmark against organizations like yours

Survey Results By Question  – View and download visuals of results to individual questions

Training Progress  – Shows progress state of learners by course

Training Snapshot Report  – Overview of training activity

YoY Survey Dashboard  – Compare survey responses and progress from one year to the next

Each report allows the data to be exported via PDF or an image, with some offering a .CSV download. See each individual report for more specific instructions.
