You can manually send a platform invitation email to a user, which will send them a welcome email inviting them to set up their Foundry user account. In most cases, you would send this email to an admin user, since learners will be prompted to set up their user account when they receive their first assignment.
- Go to Users > Manage Users.
- Locate the learner you are looking for either by scrolling through your list or by entering a name in the “Search Users” search field located at the top right of the page.
- When you have found the learner in question, click on their name. This takes you to their User Details page.
- Click More Actions in the top right and select Invite to Platform
- On the confirmation message that appears, click Invite to Platform to confirm and trigger the email invitation to the user.
- The user will receive an email with a link to set up their Foundry user account.
