Preparing Your Foundry Account for Deactivation
Learn the steps needed if you would like to deactivate your account.
If you are ending your partnership with EVERFI, please follow the directions below to ensure you have access to historical data after the contract end date.
Caution: once your contract ends, EVERFI will not maintain or preserve any account history.
If you would like to deactivate your account, there are some steps you'll need to take to prepare for deactivation. The following videos will outline the steps you need to take before contacting Support to turn off your account.
You'll need to download the following two pieces of information:
- Training Progress
- Log in to your Foundry Admin account
- Go to Insights > Reports
- Go to Training Progress Report
- Set Filters to “All”
- Set “Prepare Data for Download” filter to “Yes”
- Click on Download Report on the top right
- Training Certificates (if needed)
- Log in to your Foundry Admin account
- Go to Content > Content Library
- Each course will need to be downloaded one by one.
- Click into the course
- Click More Actions
- Click Generate Certificate Download
