Course Description
This course provides non-supervisory learners with instruction on harassment and discrimination prevention in compliance with relevant U.S. legal mandates. Learners are empowered to recognize harmful behavior and engage in safe, effective forms of bystander intervention to promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive work culture. Learners also have the opportunity to apply prevention strategies and practice bystander intervention techniques through a series of realistic, thought-provoking scenarios.
Learners in Connecticut, California, and Illinois receive additional content exploring what it means to be an ally and presenting scenarios of potential sexual harassment to meet the training time requirements for each state.
