This feature is an option to set up a link, upload a PDF, or enter in text into the course menu for learners to contact the administrator for the violence prevention plan.
Note: It is mandatory for employers in California to offer their employees a way to ask questions about the work location's violence prevention plan to comply with California SB 553.
To set up this resource as an Admin, please perform the following steps:
- On the left-hand side, navigate to Content and click on Content Library
- Click on Configure for Preventing Workplace Violence for Leaders
- Scroll down to Additional Configurations and find Learner Q&A

Click Add/Upload Resource on the far right

Choose Resource Format and Click Next to add resource
