1. Click on Content > Content Library from the left hand navigation
2. Locate the course you want to preview
3. Click Configure in the bottom right corner of the course card
4. Click More Actions on the top right and click Preview from the dropdown.
5. If the course includes role-specific or state-specific content (common in compliance courses), you’ll be asked to select the Learner Profile that you wish to preview the course as. Select a role and/or location and click Save to Preview the course as the selected profile.
Course preview is not available for Preventing Harassment & Discrimination in the Workplace, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. To view the content and your configurations, you must assign yourself the course as a learner.
If you are not already a learner, you must edit your profile and select the appropriate learner role. Once you are a learner, we recommend creating a quick assignment referencing it is a “Test” with all the content you plan on implementing. Add yourself and any other administrators as learners to go through the experience.
Tip: Turn off reminders so you do not have to necessarily go through the entire course.
