When a new user SSOs into the EVERFI platform and they are led to a screen where they are asked to input values such as their name or email, which are prefilled in.

Please take a screenshot (including the URL showing in the browser navigation bar) and send it, along with the steps you took that led to this error screen, to the EVERFI team for review.
