Description
When a new user SSOs into the EVERFI platform and they are led to a screen where they are asked to input values such as their name or email, which appear blank.
Explanation
There is an issue with the attribute mapping in your Identity Provider Configuration in Foundry.
Resolution
All required attributes must be mapped even if your organization is using the exact same attribute names. Please check your Identity Provider setup and try again.
