In the customer admin portal, you are trying to edit the SSO ID of a user, and the field is not visible.
 

Explanation

 This could be because your organization is not enabled for SSO yet.
 

Resolution

If you can see a menu link for Settings --> Single Sign-On, then your organization is enabled for SSO; if not, then contact EVERFI.

If your organization has single sign-on enabled, then you must add at least one identity provider to make the SSO ID field on users visible. If you are not ready to implement SSO just yet, then you can still add an identity provider, but leave "allow service provider initiated login" checkbox unchecked, so that your learners won't have the option to SSO until you're ready.
