Transitioning from Blackbaud ID (BBID) to Foundry Password Login Method

As part of EVERFI’s transition to a stand-alone company, there will be important changes to the Foundry login process in March 2025. Access to Foundry will remain uninterrupted during this transition.

What to Expect

  • SSO Users:  Admins who utilize an SSO process to log in will not experience any change or need to take any action.
  • BBID Users:  (Blackbaud ID), will see BBID discontinued in March 2025.  After this change, the next time an Admin wishes to log in, they will need to reset their password.  Instructions to reset a Foundry Password can be found here. 
  • Optional Two-Step Authentication: For institutions preferring to continue using MFA, EVERFI will offer an optional two-step authentication feature. This will send a one-time passcode to user emails for access to Foundry. To request the two-step authentication for all admins, please submit a support ticket or contact your EVERFI team.
