Q: How can I archive learner progress on demand?
A: This will be done in your LMS. You will need to stop the course on your platform.



Q: Can I archive individual learner progress separately from the set retraining schedule?
A: This will be done in your LMS. You will need to stop the course on your platform.



Q: How can I adjust my retraining schedule or other settings in my content package?
A: In the dashboard, Select "SCORM Content Packages”.  Changes will go into effect immediately, but individual learners will vary depending on the old and new settings.



Q: How do I manage a new SCORM package in my LMS if an existing package with the same name is there?
A: If you build a new version of the exact same file, then it will be a new course for everyone and they will need to start over. If you download a  under “Actions,” it will be the same content ID and progress will remain the same.



Q: Can I change the name of the file?
A: Yes, you can change the names of files after it is downloaded from Foundry.
