Year-Over-Year (YoY) Survey Dashboard

Description

The YoY (Year-over-Year) Survey Dashboard allows you to compare survey responses and progress from one year to the next. This report can be used to search and compare survey responses from selected Courses and Evaluations over a specified date range. Once a user selects a survey, they can then scroll through the Survey Section Details below to see each of the selected survey sections’ Questions and Answers to compare the Answer Count (N) and Percent of Total Answer Count by a selected date range – Training Period or Custom Date Range.

Course Summary

The top section of this report will display all the courses, and associated evaluations, that are active and have activity in your account. The number displayed to the right represents the total number of responses collected in that survey.

Select a survey by clicking on the row of the survey you want or by selecting it from the evaluation dropdown. This will load the survey results in the lower tile.

Survey Section Details

Once a survey is selected, the results will display below if there are at least 20 responses. There are 5 filters across the top to specify the data displayed.

• Search Survey
• Section Title
• Sort By: Display Order OR Answer Count
• Sort Order: Ascending OR Descending
• Date Filters: Training Period OR Custom Date Range (Month/Year)

Export the Data

To print the results and data visualizations, in the upper right corner of the report, click the “Download” dropdown and select Download PDF or Image.  If PDF is selected, it will open a modal where you can choose settings for your PDF where you can choose between including “This View” or “Specific Sheets”. Once the PDF has been generated and downloaded, open the PDF and print.
