Course Description
This course provides the same foundational harassment and discrimination prevention content as the U.S. focused courses but with additional content to meet the needs of learners across the globe. First, learners gain an understanding of how discrimination, harassment, and other harmful behaviors can manifest in the workplace. Then, they learn more about how to be an active bystander in situations involving harmful behavior. Finally, learners are presented with strategies for upholding a workplace culture based on the global standards of respect, acceptance, and inclusion.
