Course Description
Preventing Injury and Illness at Work helps businesses promote a safe workplace, prevent injuries and illnesses, and reduce accidents by giving all employees the agency to think and to prepare. It discusses the scope of injury and illness in workplaces and the responsibilities of employers to prevent them. This course can be assigned three ways:
- A pre-determined curriculum called Preventing Injury and Illness at Work for Operational Staff designed to fit the needs of employees that work in operations, manufacturing, factories, and other related environments
- A pre-determined curriculum called Preventing Injury and Illness at Work for Office Staff designed to fit the needs of employees that work primarily at a desk either at home or in an office
- Individual modules that cover a specific topic
