Assigning the Right Version

Each of the course versions listed above is a separate learning activity and requires a separate assignment per audience. They do not take into consideration a user type so each learner is eligible to take any version you determine.

Follow the steps below for guidance on selecting the appropriate course for the appropriate audience.

1. Who are you training?
Determine which learner population you will be training: supervisors or non-supervisors.

2. What content do you want to assign?

Preventing Harassment & Discrimination has different versions of the course for flexible assignments.

  • Companies and Organizations have 4 options: for supervisors, for non-supervisors, and Gateway For Non-Supervisors and Gateway for Supervisors.

Read more about each version above or see the summarized chart below outlining the differences and topics covered. This first table are the standard versions of the course.

3. Where Are Your Learners Based?
There are no federal training requirements for anti-harassment training, but individual states may have training  mandates. Foundry requires that location be attached to each learner to ensure they receive the appropriate and relevant content based on where they are employed.

Customers using the SCORM Integration will need a unique content package per state that has specific mandates.

The chart below outlines the types of SCORM Packages you will need based on your learners' location(s). These include CA, CT, DE, IL, ME, NY.
